If an order looks stuck

1. Open the store's exception queue in the app to see whether a correction is awaiting review.
2. Use Disable and drain to stop new corrections while keeping accepted work recoverable.
3. Holds placed by this app can also be released from the Shopify admin. The app only ever releases holds it placed itself.

Known limits in this release

• Fully paid, unfulfilled, single-location shipping orders only.
• Corrections that do not change the amount owed.
• Delivery-detail changes are recorded as requests for the merchant, not applied automatically.
